What is Executive Coaching?

An Executive Coach is a business partner, colleague and trusted advisor to an executive, a team or a leader who wants to be secure, insight driven and impactful in how they apply their intrinsic talent and strengths to their roles in the organization. Clients are often individuals or teams who have high potential for growth, are leading organizations or who aspire to, and who may be slated to move from an individual contributor to a leadership role. They may also be individuals who know that they have the wiring and intelligence to evolve beyond their current career path within or outside of their organizations, and who need to fine tune their skills and cultivate support to move them forward.

When people choose a coach, it is usually based on the sense that that coach has the capacity to "get them" and that the coach can provide real insight and useful strategies to motivate and support change from the inside out. We believe that it is important that change occurs incrementally, preserving what is already working well, affecting only those aspects of an individual or system that would benefit from a new approach or different thought process.

Coaching combines a personal, supported process of self evaluation and discovery with assessment tools, observation, learning resources and recommendations, and the creation of a development plan that will support the continued growth of the individual and/or team after the coaching has concluded. While coaching leaves an ongoing, indelible impact on the individual, when done effectively, it should feel like a natural evolution to the organization.

We offer one on one individually tailored sessions which include a diagnostic interview, self assessment, career planning tools and interview skills training. - 5 week program

CHANGING JOBS/RE-ENTERING WORKFORCE
Choose either 5 week program above, or opt for individual sessions on an on-going basis. Can include assessment tools, resume development, job search counseling. Hourly sessions, on a weekly or biweekly schedule

SALARY OR SEVERENCE AGREEMENT
We have extensive experience negotiating compensation and benefits packages, and offer marketplace intelligence and tactical insight through this critical series of conversations.
